It’s that time of year again: Time to make New Year’s resolutions! The beginning of a new year is widely considered to be a clean slate; a chance for a fresh start to improve on your habits and accomplishments from the last year and to address any areas that you feel could use a little extra attention.

- Spend more time with friends and family. One of the biggest regrets for most people is that they don’t get to spend enough quality time with their loved ones.
