BIRTHDAY PARTY FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What Food & Drinks Are Included For The Birthday Parties?
Pizza (2 slices per guest), French Fries (1 platter per lane / 6 guests), and Party Pitchers of Soda (4 pitcher maximum) are included in the party based on the final guest count on the day of the party. We do not have unlimited refills so refills will be an additional charge. Additional food and drinks can be purchased on the day of the party.

Can I Bring In A Cake Or Cupcakes For The Party?
Yes! You are more than welcome to bring in a cake or cupcakes for your party. We also have space in our freezer if you need to keep it refrigerated during the party.

I’m Not Sure How Many Guests I Will Have At My Party. How Do I Know How Many Guests To Book For?
The final count of guests will always be determined on the day of the party with your party host. The initial number when you book should always be a rough estimate but we understand plans can change last minute. We will accommodate these changes the best we can on the day of the party. 

Can I Bring In My Own Party Decorations?
Yes! While we do provide decorations and paper products such as cups, plates, balloons, tablecloths, and other items included with your party, you are more than welcome to bring in your own decorations to personalize your party even more!

Can I Bring In My Own Food?
No. Outside food and beverages are not allowed at Mid County Lanes & Family Fun Galaxy. We only allow cakes or cupcakes for our Birthday Parties. We can make exceptions for dietary or allergy reasons on a per person basis only associated with the party.

What Happens If I Have To Reschedule The Date Of The Party?
Rescheduling your party can easily be done over the phone or through email according to our availability. We will simply change the date and time and shift your non-refundable party deposit and all other information to the new date. There is no fee to reschedule. 

What Is The Definition Of “Guest” For Mid County Lanes’ Parties?
“Guest” is usually referred to the number of children or young adults that are participating in all aspects of the party package being offered which include Bowling (Lanes & Shoes) and Food & Drinks. The amount of Food & Drinks served depends on the final count of guests for the party.

What Is Your Guest Minimum For Mid County Lanes’ Party Packages?
For our Birthday Parties, our minimum is 10 guests. If you have less than 10 guests for your party, we will still prepare the amount of Food & Drinks for 10 guests. You can always request less Food & Drinks if needed.

How Do I Get A Private Party Room With My Party?
You can book one of our 2 available private party rooms as an add-on for $100 for the full 2 hours for 1 room. If you need to book both party rooms, please contact the center. We currently do not offer a 1 hour party room option. You can decorate the room and invite all of your party guests to enjoy cake, cupcakes, and exchange gifts. The party room is located in the Family Fun Galaxy arcade.
